Our next gala fundraiser...May 2nd, 2009

In this economy and fast paced world, now more than ever, our students…future hospitality leaders…need you. Your support will help these deserving students achieve their goal of obtaining a professional education, enabling them to secure their future. However during these difficult economic times we are lowering our ticket price and when the economy turns around, we'll go back to our traditional pricing...our own version of a stimulus package!

An Evening to remember...

This year's gala is all about fabulous food and fun while supporting the work of the foundation that provides scholarships to Culinary Academy Students.

....5:30pm registration opens, then up you go to the 4th floor teaching kitchens!! There will be lots of silent auction items and each kitchen will have fabulous food & wine (champagne or martinis) for you to enjoy.

At 7:00pm you'll move into the Careme 350 Dining Room on the first floor for a four course dinner.
All of this for $ 100*.

A short program will include our chef star presentation with a couple of live auction items -- so everyone will be home at a reasonable hour.

*all but $19 is tax deductible.
